The Configuration Guide is an online tool that takes inputs from a customer and produces a solution deployment plan based on proven Microsoft mobile messaging reference architectures that are appropriate for the customer. This online tool uses a dynamically changing survey to gather information about an existing or planned messaging system, and outputs a pre-formatted report after all questions have been answered. The overall purpose of the Configuration Guide is to provide basic architectural guidance for field sales engineers and end customers based on the business requirements that they identify.
